Well…I didn’t die. As I told you last week I managed to get the new COVID bug over Christmas and wrestled with it a bit for the last week. I have defeated it once again and am back in the land of the living! Just in time for a great conversation to kick off the year with my friend John Della Volpe.

John is truly the leading expert in the United States on Millenial and Gen Z views and voting after having run the twice annual Harvard Youth Poll. They just completed their 46th edition. You can learn more about it at his amazing Substack ‘JDV on Gen Z’.

John was with us after he published his book ‘Fight: How Gen Z is Channeling their Fear and Passion to Save America’ in October of 2022 and before we joined MeidasTouch so I wanted to catch up as we hear more about how Biden is losing the youth cohort and alarms are sounding. Needless to say, he quickly breaks through the noise and lays out what is happening and what Democrats must do to reach this critical block.

This is a great conversation on what is really going on and why it matters. I can’t recommend his newsletter and book enough.
