I can answer. I don't know. I think one concern is the slippery slope of bringing people back on active duty to court martial them for offenses. I know many of us are worried that if Trump takes office again they could use that tool against many of us who have stood up. That could be holding them back. Either way he deserves some kind of scrutiny.
